  • What is a Serviced Accommodation?
    Tryline Property Serviced Accommodation is accommodation that provide fantastic alternatives to hotel accommodation. The apartments/houses are fully furnished with all the bills paid and equipped with kitchen utensils . All you need to bring is you and your suitcase. All our Apartments/Houses offer high speed internet access absolutely FREE! They offer many advantages over a hotel room. Simply, you get something 4 times larger than a hotel room for the fraction of the price.
  • Why a Serviced Accommodation?
    Tryline Property Serviced Accommodation offer's flexible, spacious, comfortable and homely accommodation and therefore offer a cutting edge over standard hotel accommodation at an affordable price. You benefit from having the ability to cook in a fully fitted and equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine, and relax in spacious accommodation which includes a fully fitted bathroom, lounge and bedroom. Large hotel laundry bills are now a thing of the past. However, should you still require laundry service, we are happy to oblige.
  • Are your Apartments Family Friendly?
    Yes- Serviced Apartments can provide an excellent option for a family From a cost and a size perspective, a serviced apartment normally works out much more cost effective and typically provides much more space than staying in a hotel.
  • Are your Accommodations suitable for top executives?
    Yes- Given our houses are larger than many hotel suites they make an excellent choice.
  • Do you cater for Company Lets?
    We have a very flexible options for Company Lets. You can book an apartment nightly, weekly or monthly. Change which emloyees or customers are staying on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis etc..
  • Are your Accommodations Pet Friendly?
    Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our houses.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am prompt. Early and late check-outs may be available for an additional payment- Please contact us to check.
  • How often will the house be cleaned?
    The Houses will be cleaned prior to your arrival and thereafter, there will be a full clean and linen change once each week during your stay. If you wish to have more cleans it can be arranged for an additional fee. If you stay over 7 days, next clean will usually be on the 7th day of your stay unless it falls on a weekend. Please note that we do expect the apartment to be left in reasonable condition or we will deduct the cost of additional cleaning from your deposit if deemed necessary.
  • What about smoking?
    All Accomodation are non-smoking Please note that any smoke damage will result in the costs of additional cleaning being deducted from your deposit.
  • Can we have a party at the House?
    If your idea for a party is inviting a couple of old friends around for a meal and a bottle of wine then a serviced apartment is ideal. If your idea of a party is playing loud music and making loud noises till the early hours of the morning, then NO, this is against our Terms and Conditions. Tryline Property operate a strict no party policy and a zero tolerance policy in repect of unreasonable noise levels and unreasonable behaviour. Should our Terms and Conditions be broken guests will be asked to leave with immediate effect and no refund given.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
